I accidentally deleted all my notes from the manage storage screen on ICloud

Does anyone know if I can still recover my notes at this stage? It's been less than 30 days and I can't find a solution so far. The notes also aren't in a recently deleted file.

If you also deleted them from the Deleted folder as well, then they are gone.
