How to I get the stupid U2 album out of my library?

I have tried going to the soi-removal website, but it won't let me login with my apple id. It keeps saying I've entered it incorrectly and then the computer prompts me to verify that I'm logging into a new device. Here's why this is extremely frustrating:

1) I'm not entering my login info incorrectly. I have tested it in Itunes to be sure and it works just fine.

2) I'm not using a new device. I'm on the same computer I have been using for the last 6 years. I am in a new location where it's very possible I haven't used my Apple ID before, but again, I'm able to login to Itunes with no issues.

3) I really ******* hate U2.

I've verified my device and login, and I'm not sure what else I can do. I've tried logging into the soi-removal website without a vpn, with a vpn, using the prompt, ignoring the prompt, searching for alternative ways to remove the album, and so far to no avail. Please, for the love of everything that is sacred in this world, help me to rid myself of this pos album that I never asked for.

Try these steps:

  1. Go to SOI Removal Tool
  2. Attempt to login which should generate a two factor authentication prompt on your devices
  3. Approve the login which should create a two factor authentication code
  4. Enter the password and code together in the sign in box and log in once more, i.e.. as PasswordCode
  5. You should now be able to complete the removal request

If hiding from your purchase history isn't sufficient, and you cannot make the SOI Removal Tool work, then contact Apple Support and ask for assistance.
