Issues with Outlook

I just got a new phone. I was using Microsoft Outlook on my phone. I can log in to my account through Settings... Mail... The problem is, I want to use the Outlook app, and I am unable to do so. It is not giving me the advanced login settings. It was working fine before I got my new phone. I've tried putting in a ticket, but the options they gave me aren't helpful.

Did you create and are using a new app specific password?

The password is specific to my email, yes. I didn’t create a new password. I have used this app successfully in the past. I was logged in until I got my new phone. Before, I had an option to override with advanced settings. Now, it does not give me that option.

You will need a new app specific password if you are using Apple's 2 Factor Authentication.

Also, contact Microsoft Support: They are the developer’s of the software. Start Here:  Microsoft Contact Us Virtual Agent - Microsoft Support. They would have some support, most certainly, on their part.
