Boot Into Safe Mode
Hi,
Many thanks for your replies.
I run the hardware diagnostic and found no problem.
Every day the iMac show Panic Report around 6 PM.
I found nothing in the folder /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ and also /Library/Logs/CrashReporter and /BaseBand
Now the MacOS is High Sierra and my iMac is iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017).
The most important for this Mac is the LINE chat history which it must not be lost.
Shall I need to upgrade the MacOS to the latest Catalina?
And will the LINE chat history will be lost if upgrade MacOS ?
Thank you very much.

Hi,
Since July 15, 2020, I uninstalled Symantec Endpoint Protection and disable Spotlight Index and disable Spotlight.
I ran "sudo mdutil -i off" and "mdutil -i off /" and "mdutil -E /".
Until now, no Kernel Panic anymore.
I'll update you all again next week.
Thank you very much for your help.

Until now no Kernel Panic anymore.
I'm thinking of reinstall Symantec Endpoint Protection Antivirus again.
As this iMac experience infected with tens of virus and spywares.
If install Symantec and no Kernel Panic anymore, the problem might be gone by I disable the Spotlight.
I'll update you all again.
Thank you very much.

Make sure your Virtual Box is up to date and uninstall the Symantec software per the developers instructions. Restart and test.
