Why is PayPal no longer available payment method in Belgium? I just received a notification that I had to change the payment method. And you have announced it as available in Belgium??

i got a notification this morning that PayPal is no longer available payment method in Belgium and iCloud could not retrieve the monthly subscription from it for the month of July. Has anything changed? And if so could you then maybe update ghe available payment menthods for Belgium on your webpage?

This is no place for accusations. This is a User-to-User forum. We are Apple users like you. So, contact Apple Support, if need be. As for this message, where did you get it? Apple would not send you such a message.

I. Contact PayPal:

See if they are still affiliated with Apple (for making payments) in Belgium. Perhaps they are having some bugs going on at the moment. With 13 Results, they mostly seem to be going around PayPal not working for online transactions at the moment. Note that phone calls are a bit backed put according to the site, when you visit it (all due to the COVID-19 Case). So, maybe asking the question on their communities pages would be quicker.



II. Contact Apple Support:

See what they have to say on this payment issue. The Apple Rep would know what is going on, and would run you though the fix.

B. Screensharing your iPhone with Apple:

Rather than troubleshooting this via voice-only, show this to them firsthand, through use of iPhone Screensharing. You would enable speakerphone and hover your iPhone's camera over the computer's login screen. They will assuredly run you through the fix. C. Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get thorough :)

The Answer Reads: "Paypal is country specific so if someone logs in from other countries paypals security may recognise this as a security issue ie potential hacker and limit your account to prevent that happening."

So... Are you in a different country than where your PayPal account is based out of?
