Microsoft Office 365 subscription problem

I bought Office 365 personal for one month with apple store (with my apple ID) but when I run office, the Microsoft did not activate and said: This Apple ID doesn't have a paid Microsoft 365 subscription.

Would you please help me? I need Office as soon as possible.
