Activate Office 365 on IPad Pro

I download Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint from App Store and purchase the office 365 personal licence. However, shown me there is no subscription match with the Microsoft ID. What should I do?

MS 365 (Office) subscription not recognized by Microsoft I've subscribed to Microsoft 365 (premium) on my iPhone and am billed annually, but my subscription is not recognized by Microsoft: when I try to "activate" it on any of my devices through any of MS applications, nothing is found. I'm using the email address associated with my iCloud account, which is also used for a MS365 account, but the MS365 account shows no transaction or subscription associated with the account, while I can see the subscription on my AppStore and iCould account on all my devices. Any ideas how to resolve?

Office 365 subscription on other user accounts I have got the license for office 365 (excel,powerpoint and word) throught my Apple ID on my mac book air but my other user accounts on the macbook still does not have the activated office and it prompts to activate the license and pay the subscription fee.

You'll need to reach out to Microsoft for assistance with your ID.

Yes. sign in with the Microsoft ID. The email address is exactly the same with apple ID. Still cannot fix the problem
