Having issues reactivating my Microsoft 365 Personal subscription after installing a resetting my iOS.

Getting next level help - problem with Microsoft 365 Personal activation I purchased 365 Personal in April 2019, but never got it activated, then just let it slide. It's on automatic renewal, so I paid again in April 2020. Now i'm trying to use it, but I can't activate it. Apple support says they can see I paid for it, but that I need to talk to the app developer, Microsoft. Microsoft says they can't see any record of it, and I need to talk to Apple. I've gone through this several times on both sides, never able to get any further than that. Does anyone know of a way i can talk to someone at a higher level at Apple, who might be able to help?

microsoft 365 personal it's been a nightmare... I have an issue with my subscription bought trough apple store last september, was working well and now it is asking me to renew or login with another account!! nothing is working, spent 10 hours between apple and microsoft.... the issue is not resolved despite the fact that it seems a current problem. My subscription is active until next september but I can not use it on my macbook air!!!! when it was working well until now... can someone help me?

If you want to reinstall it, then you need to contact the developer: Microsoft. They are the developers of the software.
