Getting next level help - problem with Microsoft 365 Personal activation
I purchased 365 Personal in April 2019, but never got it activated, then just let it slide. It's on automatic renewal, so I paid again in April 2020. Now i'm trying to use it, but I can't activate it. Apple support says they can see I paid for it, but that I need to talk to the app developer, Microsoft. Microsoft says they can't see any record of it, and I need to talk to Apple.
I've gone through this several times on both sides, never able to get any further than that.
Does anyone know of a way i can talk to someone at a higher level at Apple, who might be able to help?
