Iphone X Touch Panel Failure

Dear authorized person,

I am contacting to you from Turkey. I bought my iphone X

256gb which serial numeber is F2***CL6 from the Apple store in America. The

device is entering and exiting from applications by itself without any contact

to the screen. For this reason, I contacted your Technical Support Unit in

Turkey, but the said that because of the device was bought from another

country, thay can not do repairement even I pay the reparirement price. I have

problems in using my device because of these problems. What should I do to

repair my iphone, could you please help me?
