WiFi Calling Issues

My cousin and I both have iPhones that are currently set up with Verizon as the carrier. We are in a place with poor reception, but we do have WiFi, so are attempting to enable WiFi calling. I have gone into both of our phones and clicked 'Enable WiFi Calling', but I get a message saying that I have to go onto the Verizon website in order to turn on WiFi Calling. My phone is a company phone as is his, so we do not have access to the login credentials for the phone on the Verizon website.

Is this normal for Verizon? Does anyone else have this issue with other carriers? I am not being asked for the '911' address or the other messages people have gotten that I have read about on here. Is this something that Verizon specifically makes people do?

Thanks,

You're using a company phone, you don't own the phone.

Whoever is in charge of cell phone at both of your companies will have to call Verizon and get that feature added to the line.

nothing you can do to add it.
