What is AirPlayUIAgent task i see running in activity monitor?

I have a brand new 2020 macbook pro, and noticed my screen ocasionally going slightly dark when using Chrome, and then a tiny pixel sized white dot in the middle of the screen. If i close Chrome or wait a bit/refresh page it goes away. I also noticed this process running in activity monitor and was wondering if there may be a connection, or if i may be infected with a virus? I have run scans with both malware bytes and Antivirus One, and both say I am clear. Just wanted to see if this might just be an extension issue or if its something more serious.
