Disney plus

I cannot sign on to Disney Plus through my Apple TV 4K. If I try pairing it through my iPhone and click on "allow" there is no response. If I try to sign on manually using my email, it says "something went wrong. Please try again later." Have tried rebooting but that hasn't helped. Any advice?

Uninstall the Disney + app

Unplug the Apple TV for a minute or two

Replug in the Apple TV

Re-Add the Disney + app


You likely got a corrupt download, if you continue to have problems please contact Disney for support.
