After just over a month the left AirPod started making a slight static noise
My wife purchased the new airpods for me in January. After just over a month the left airpod started making a slight static noise. It continued to get worse over the following weeks.
I have made several attempts to visit the store at Park Meadows, Lone Tree, Colorado where we originally pruchased. However, due to the Covid19 situation, and store has been closed. Thus, I have not been able meet anyone to discuss.
I'm concerned that whatever guarantee I had, has lapse and do not want to loose my opportunity to have my issue attended to and repiar or replace.
Please advise.
