this volume has no admin users to authenticate issue

Hello

I just bought a second hand macbook pro 2017, and the computer just stayed with black screen with the apple logo loading, and because that i went to recovery mode and this message show up. "this volume has no admin users to authenticate" and i cant go to disk utility because the hard drive in encrypted and i cant unlocked, i am attaching some images, i hope someone can help me i need some advice :)

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to reinstall macOS on a Mac you bought, as the hard drive is encrypted. To help with this, please see this Apple resource on FileVault encryption, and you may have to contact the person you bought this Mac from:
