i cant delete my photos that been synced from my macbook, theres no delete option its just edit or share option, if i touch edit option its just show duplicate and edit than its edited than restored to new forlder,, i cant event delete it from files

whats should i do thogh//

It is simply not possible to delete photos from the iPhone, that have been synced from a computer.

To remove the synced photos, sync the iPhone again with your MacBook, but deselect the albums that you do no longer want on the iPhone, when you sync again.

Synced photos are not really a part of the Photos Library on youriPhone, they are just shown by Photos for browsing, but kept separately. You cannot even download them again to the Mac easily.
