Continuous static noise in AirPods

I recently sent my AirPods to an authorised apple reseller to solve a continuous static noise in my AirPods. They replaced my right one for a new one however, I assumed the left one must be fine and working. However, the left AirPods' noise cancellation is still not as good as the right one and it still has a static noise. Should I take it back?
