Apple doesn't fix iPad's at all. Even if they did however, that one is trashed beyond repair. You can buy an out of warranty replacement for about 60% of the original purchase price or if you bought AppleCare+ when you bought the iPad, use one of your two replacements for $49. The out of warranty cost will be: $499

If you did not purchase extended AppleCare+ for that expensive iPad Pro, be prepared to pay a lot for a refurbished, replacement iPad Pro or pay full price or a reduced price for a new or refurbished 2020 iPad Pro model.

Either way, going to be expensive to replace.

Fixable - no. Recycle and replace - yes.

If you purchased AppleCare+ cover, Apple will replace the iPad for a service charge. If you don’t have AppleCare+, perhaps look to see if you have any applicable insurance cover.
