Enable Camera Access

When i open snapchat or instagram, the apps pop up with a sign to enable camera access, but whenever processing to settings, there is no way to enable to camera access. How is this solved?

Check Settings > Privacy > Camera

Can't allow Snapchat access to camera Hi, I am having trouble getting my snapchat to work. It says my phone needs to allow access to camera.
