I cleaned my new macbook pro 13in 2020 w/an alcohol wipe and then I found out that its bad to use alcohol on a screen so I got water to clean my screen with a cloth and then dried it but do you think that'll help even though there's no damage? pls respond!

Unless someone has used alcohol, no one can answer that question. As for water: only use a DAMP cloth; water can seep in and cause damage.
If it appears ok, then do not worry about it. If it exhibits glitches or other unusual behavior, contact Apple support to have it examined.
I used a 70% alcohol pad and then damp cloth
