my phone got water damage and when I resettled my phone, it just turned off a few minutes later. I even can not back up my data what should i do?

You'll have to get a new phone and if you never backed up your data, well, you've lost your data. The time to save your data is BEFORE something catastrophic happens.
Apple will offer you an Out of Warranty replacement for your damaged phone. Water damage cannot be repaired.

As you can see an XS Max will cost $599.
