Problem with iOS 13.5.1. using iTunes Match - Now music downloads possible

Hi all,

since a few days I have massive problems to download songs via music app on my iPhone X (latest OS).


It worked before an it is still working on my my MacBooks.


Not working on my iPad with the same OS version.


I restarted the iPhone several times and deactivated and activated Music Cloud.


I reinstalled the iOS and de- and reactivated iCloud on my devices.


I can listen to the songs via WiFi but I just can not download them. The download is stuck forever!


Does anybody have a clue what this issue could cause??
