iPhone 11 shows blue tinted photos with flash on. Help please.

My iPhone 11 is giving me blue tints on all of my photos when my flash is on. How do I fix it this? I have tried changing all the settings but my flash is still giving me blue photos.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities jjeerruh,

We see that you're seeing a blue tint to your photos when using the flash on your iPhone. We know that it is important to have your pictures come out nicely, and we'd be happy to look into this with you.

Let's have you force close the Camera app, restart your iPhone and test to see if the issue remains. Also, make sure that you're using the latest version (13.5.1) of software on your device.

How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue remains after trying these steps, respond back with some more details.

  • Does this happen with both the front and rear facing camera?
  • Is this happening in other apps that use the camera or just the Camera app?
  • Do you have a protective case on your iPhone? If so, and you remove it, does the issue remain?

We look forward to hearing back from you.
