Apple Watch 3 screen issues after swimming

I went swimming with my Apple Watch 3 for

the first time yesterday. I had it on the swimming feature “open swim” so I know that it locked before going in the water. After

coming out I had trouble unlocking it and ejecting the water. After successfully getting it to eject the water the touch screen was not working properly. It seemed to dry out over the subsequent hours and work (although not as well as before) but this morning it has a mind of its own and moves even though I am not touching it. There are also some black spaces that seem to occasionally occur on the screen randomly... does anyone have any suggestions?
