In App Purchsrs
I had the same game in iPhone and iPad. I could make purchases on the iPad but not the iPhone. Now the game doesn’t download on the iPad after revisions and I still can’t make purchases on the iPhone. Any thoughts for resolution?

Do you use the same payment method/details on iphone?
Try to check if "in-app purchases is enabled on your phone too.
- Open settings.
- Tap "Screen Time."
- Tap "Content & Privacy Restrictions."
- If it's not grayed out, tap "iTunes & App Store Purchases." If it is grayed out, then you don't have Screen Time set up and should skip to the next solution.
- Tap "In-app Purchases."
