I have an Epson DS-320 scanner which has worked perfectly until recently. Suddenly it won't connect. It comes with the following error:
The operation couldn't be completed.
(com.apple.imagecapture error 4294957391.) (-9905)
My Mac Book Pro is running macOS Catalina Version 10.15.5. Anyone know what I should look for to correct this error?

From your post it appears that your Epson DS-320 scanner isn't working properly with Image Capture, resulting in the error "The operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.imagecapture error 4294957391.) (-9905)."
For starters, try to install the latest scanner drivers from Epson for your product: Epson DS-3200 Support
If the issue persists, try deleting your scanner and add it again: Set up a scanner to use with Mac
