How can I update my Apple iPad version from iOS 10.3.3

If you have been stuck at iOS 10.3.3 for a long time it means you undoubtedly own iPad 4th generation, which was released 8 years ago. As such that device is too old, too under powered, no longer a supported device and incapable of being updated further. You are likely seeing apps you'd like to use which tell you to update the iOS on your iPad. If these are apps you want, then it's time to invest in a newer more modern iPad capable of running iPadOS 13.5.1.
