My iPhone will ring, I will answer it. the caller can hear me, but I can't hear the caller unless they are on speaker which I have to push. also I can't hear anything, even if I am the caller unless it's on speaker! It tells me that the speaker is on headphones! How do I get it off headphones? No headphones are plugged in.
