I purchased an iPhone 11 bit ago for my son. Originally it rang fine but now it doesn't ring/vibrate for any incomming calls. I have checked volume and ring volume is max. Do not Disturb is not enabled. Screen Time is not enabled. ring on another device is not enabled.
I have done a factory reset on the phone and contacted the customer service for the cell provider to handle resets on their side.

Found the problem:
We went into Settings -> Cellular ->Cellular Data Options -> Voice and Data
There we set LTE, VoLTE Off
Once that was set the phone rang again.

Yes, I checked that first as well as the volume of the ring.
