my iPhone 11 is black screen and no operating, no hard reset or anything, i tried everything

i've done all of this, nothing helps, still no operating
If you did all of the instructions in that support document, the last one is this, Contact Apple Support
What did they say when you contacted them? Do you have service scheduled?
