Apple News on Mac

I have been using News for years and Catalina for sometime now too.

A couple days ago News won't load anything - just a spinning circle. Even when I go to a link that has been sent to me from someone in messages, it won't load. I can get on my iPad and iPhone but no longer on the Mac. Have tried a few things but nothing so far has worked.
