They stolen my iphones and icloud password

The mechanics stole my phones and iCloud password. I blocked all devices but they deleted iCloud from all devices with a password, what can I do?

Tip: Screensharing with the Apple Rep:

Ask to perform a screenshare session with the Apple Rep. If using your own iPhone does not work, you might need to use a different iPhone (i.e. a friend's or coworker's? - with their permission). You would open the Camera app on it, and then share their iPhone's screen with them, hovering it over your own iPhone's or Computer's screen. Enable the speaker phone. This will allow them (the Apple Rep) to see it firsthand, from your perspective)
