How do you duplicate a document and have it show up as a separate document rather than just adding on the same document to the original?

Hello,

Long-press on the document’s icon > Duplicate.

Thanks - this is somewhat what I wanted and will work. I believe on my call with Apple support, someone gave me another way to do it.
