Google searches quite often won't load in Safari and Chrome for iOS when on my network (AT&T)

When I am on my network (AT&T), I quite often will have a problem where my Google searches will not work. I will get a message that the page cannot load. This occurs in both Safari and Chrome for iOS. When this problem is occurring, I can go directly to a website by using one of my bookmarks or typing a URL directly into the address bar (if I type "google.com" into the address bar it does not load). This is a problem that I have experienced with all of the iPhones I've ever owned. This problem does not occur when I am on Wi-Fi. The way I get around this problem is to go to yahoo and search on there.

Another problem I have been experiencing that may be related is with the Google Maps app. Quite often the details of the map won't load (streets, freeways, etc.). The only thing I will see is the route line.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

iPhone X, iOS 13
