My ipad shows me the battary icon but will not charge, it will not factory reset( no apple logo) and will not connect to itunes, what can I do to fix this? It is 1-2 years old, purchased new!

Make an appointment at an apple store (if they are open) or authorized service provider. It’s possible that your battery needs replacement. If the device is still under warranty or Apple Care plus then the replacement could be free. If not it’s $100 to get the battery replaced.
