My new music mix is stuck

We understand the "New Music Mix" under the "For You" section of your Apple Music hasn't updated for several weeks. We're happy to help.

Let's sign out and back in to the iTunes & App Store. Let's go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, tap on your Apple ID and sign out. Once you're signed out, restart your device and go back to Settings > iTunes & App Store and sign back in.

This step will temporarily remove any music you’ve saved for offline listening, you will have to redownload all the music saved for offline manually again. Once thats complete, check to see if the issue still persists.

Thanks for the update. There isn't an Apple Music technical support department, but we're happy to continue working with you in the communities.

Let's go to Settings > Music >( turn off ) Sync Library. Restart your iPhone and repeat these steps to turn back on Sync Library. Check to see if there's any change.
