Forcing To STAY ON LTE MODE - only LTE mode

How I can force my iphone to stay on LTE mode? Because I am tired of switching from 3G to LTE from setting. When I connect to the internet, one moment it works LTE and then it stops working while the signal bar for LTE is full. Please do smthing for me.
