Please help me when I try to add my visa card in my account, the refusal is completed and I am asked to speak with you

If you haven't already done so contact Support as instructed to do : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
And get the card cancelled and replaced, you've posted the card's details on a user forum (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) for the world to see.
