Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and change Account Changes to “Allow"

Access to my Apple ID is greyed out, I can’t access it. Within settings, at the very top of that page, my Apple ID, iCloud+, media and purchases is grayed out so I can’t gain access to it. Because of this, I can’t make changes within Game Center because my nickname and avatar along with a few more are greyed out as well across all my devices. Please help!
