broken phone data

Hi i have got some water damage on my iPhone 7 plus and i don't have an iCloud backup and my phone won't connect to my mac. Is there any way to get back my data and connect it to my new phone.

Backups must occur before catastrophes. After a catastrophe, it’s too late.
