Mac shuts down automatically

Do you have any kernel .panic reports

Finder -> Go -> Go to folder -> /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

Look for files ending in .panic

If you find any, please post more than 1 in an Additional Text box

Restore from a Time Machine Backup:

Did you create a Time Machine Backup, prior to the update? If so, recover your Mac from it.

If so, restore to that.

If no backup....

Take this as a learning experience - the next time you install an update, create a Time Machine Backup, so that you can have something to recover your Mac from, should anything go working after the update.

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts..

Uninstall CleanMyMac per their directions then run etrecheck again to see what chaff it left.

No. It will not come back, as long as the problem is not on the TMB you restore from.

Can you safe boot?
