Macbook logic board not needed

This is what happened first: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251556792

So I wiped clean my MacBook and installed the MacOS all over again and I yet had the problem: Random Shutdowns.

Which did not happen on my macbook with: Windows (Boot Camp), Ubuntu and MacOS Safe Boot.

I called Apple (Germany) and they said I should take it to an Apple Store. I went to an Apple Store and they said I need to replace my Logic Board for 1650€ plus taxes (I did not bother asking how much is it with taxes cause I was really frustrated). I decided to do that next week.

I googled the problem and found a simple solution from: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/macbook-pro-shuts-down-for-no-reason.2020272/

The Solution Keep "yes > /dev/null &" (Terminal Command) Running as soon as you boot into the Mac and it worked. It's a command that keeps my 1 core running at 100%.

My Question: How could this simple solution work and Apple Said it's the logic board and wanted 1650€ for it?!

I think it's some video card driver problem right?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15
