error 9 update iPhone se

Hi,

I am stuck to update the iPhone SE. I got an error 9 - I do not have backup as I did a restore before however my kids tried to log into the phone too many times and i have to log through iTunes- but i got the error.

iTunes preparing the iPhone, iPhone stucks on the apple logo when updating.
