how do i still unlock the device. I want to keep the same cell plan, its just mine now. Its a work phone, and the previous employee left suddenly and didn't erase anything. I'm new and don't have their contact info. What do I do?
you cannot use that phone until the previous owner removes their information. Turn it into your employer and have them contact that person.
