So my phone has been in a boot loop for a couple of days and I looked it up on google. Apparently most of the websites and blogs suggested I updated the iOS and I decided to.
I tried backing it up but it kept rebooting during the back up then I got frustrated and decided to Update it without backing up but that didn’t work either. What do I do because my patience is really thin at the moment

If your iPhone won't start, you can't create a backup.
Try following the steps here to restore your iPhone instead:

If you have a backup from before this issue, you can restore that backup after restored as seen here:
