What can I do with saving a "web archive" or "page source"?

If I save a web page as "web archive" or "page source" will it save that webpage's video inside that save so that I can watch the video later offline? Or is there some way to do this in case the online video is deleted later or becomes unavailable?

P.S., this is about my iMac, but I'm not sure which of the two I have listed below. I only have ever had one.

iMac, macOS 10.13

The web archive is a single, binary preferences list (.plist) file containing the saved website's HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web (.woff/.woff2) fonts. It does not encapsulate the video in the webarchive, but instead retains links to the original video.

You would need a free, third-party tool like the free, 64-bit WebArchive Extractor, which as a drag and drop tool, would generate a folder on your Desktop based on the name of the webarchive, and a internal folder hierarchy reflecting the layout of the webarchive. This would give you direct filesystem access to what was inside the webarchive. Malwarebytes did not detect any ad/malware in the WebArchive Extractor utility.
