Media connection failed: Kia Cee’d x iPhone XS iOS 13.5.1

I’ve seen people have connectivity issues with both USB and Bluetooth with certain Kia car models since iOS 11 came out. Sadly I’ve seen this issue has not yet been fixed because still when I connect my phone this happens. If I get lucky enough it would start playing, otherwise it keeps telling me there was a Communication error with the media. I tried different cables, all original from Apple, nothing works.

Also something I noticed is even when I’d succeed with the connection it wouldn’t recognize Spotify as my music player. Since my Apple Music is empty because I don’t use it, it tells me that the media is empty.

thank you. However I fixed the issue by having a few songs added to the Apple’s Original Music player, because it automatically plays music as you connect it. And for some reason it doesn’t detect Spotify but just apple’s music player.
