How do I fix “TV not responding” in Home app?

I have an Vizio TV which is HomeKit enabled and it is in my Home app. Helpful for changing inputs, turning off... but not turning on. Once the TV is off, it will show No Response on my phone. Is there a way to fix this, and if so how? If I need to chat with the Vizio Support I’m fine with that but I figured there might be a solution here

The screenshot you have included in your post above suggests that you need to remedy this via settings on your TV.
