Is there anything that limits iPhone from showing individually the connected devices to my hotspot and be able to kick a single one of many?

Hello Mr_Soz,
Thanks for the post. It sounds like you want to know if it's possible to see a list of devices connected to your Personal Hotspot, and whether you can remove a specific device from the connection.
From testing this out, it does not look like either is possible. You can always try the below, from the resource titled Share your Internet connection from iPhone:
"Turn off Personal Hotspot and disconnect devices: Go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot, then turn off Allow Others to Join."
