Horizontal Lines at bottom of Screen - Macbook pro touch bar 13' - 2017

There are horizontal lines appearing at bottom of my screen. These lines begin to appear after few hours of use and continue to get thicker as i keep using the machine. i bought the machine on feb 2018 and the probelm began to appear 20 odd days ago. The apple service centre has no clue why the porblem appears and have asked me to get the screen replaced at a cost of 600 USD. Now comes the best part - they are not sure that the problem will be permanently resolved after i get the screen replaced and can not gaurantee me anything.

Yes Mr Hoffman, but the issue is that even after paying 600 USD they are not sure if the issue would be resolved. machine has been examined twice by the service centre and since they were not able to figure out the issue in the first visit. I had to again take it the second time that is when they are assuming that the screen replacement may resovle the issue.

It sure is the effected hardware but that is not cause of my fault but rather it is a manufacturing defect.
